I started off braiding hair as a hobby, and quickly discovered my passion that I later turned into a small business! I fell in love with making women feel good about themselves by using gifts I’ve been blessed with. Im on a journey to connect with other women, as a learner and educator in this industry. Underneath the talents & skills, my drive is fueled by my passion to be an inspiration for women to embrace the beauty in our unique individualities.

Before I discovered cosmetology was a possible career for me, I was just a normal girl going to school & work. After school, or on weekends you would find me braiding a friend or family members hair. It took 9 years for me to decide this would be my full time job, my career in fact. The last 8 years have been a struggle, a blessing and a testimony building a career and a family. With 17 years experience I went from braiding to being a licensed cosmetologist offering hair services & nail services while working part time as an educator for a 600 manicure program. Aside from my career I am married & a full time mother to 3 toddlers. Business minded with a love for family. At Soft Girl Era you start as a client and become forever family.
